Our service provider TenStreet, Inc. assists us with the hiring and the onboarding process by hosting and providing software for the Site. All the personal information you enter into the Site is stored on Tenstreet’s database and servers and made available to AveMax INC.

The Site is intended for a U.S. audience. Any information you provide, including any personal information, will be transferred to, and processed by, a computer server located within the United States and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and U.S. law, which may be less stringent than the law where you reside.

Upon consenting to receive text messages from AveMax Inc., you may receive communications related to our Safety, dispatch or HR department. Please note that standard messaging disclosures apply.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your hiring process or to remind you about our business.

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. These fees can vary based on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from AveMax Inc in the following ways:

Customers can opt out of SMS messaging from AveMAX Inc. by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted out, they will receive no further SMS communication. Customers can opt back in at any time by replying START.
 
Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply. 2-5 per customer

  • Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider.

  • You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received the message.

To send you for Business Purposes. We may use the personal information you provide for. While we may use this information to in line with your preferences, we do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To send administrative information to you for Business Purposes. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Fulfill and manage your orders for Contractual reasons. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Sites.
To post testimonials with your Consent. We post testimonials on our Sites that may contain personal information.
